The Water's Journey

It begins with our specialized AB-5 Pre-filter (pictured below) which captures debris as small as 2 microns in size. Housed in the element is our exclusive Sparkle Clear cartridge, a natural mineral sanitizer. Then it's on through the 24 hour H.E.E.T. Circulation pump (pictured in detail below) where the water gets warmed. From there, the water goes through our Worry-Free heater for a second heating and on to the VitaZone injector where it's mixed with incoming ozone, which continuously oxidizes bacteria. The result? Warm, clear, pure water and silky smooth skin.

The H.E.E.T. Pump
Vita Spas save you money because they are, by far, the most economical spas to operate, thanks to our High Efficiency Energy Transfer system. It sounds complex, but really its very simple. The H.E.E.T. coil is wrapped around the circulation pump, whose job it is to continuously filter and deliver fresh water to your spa 24 hours a day. As it does this, the pump creates heat--free heat!--which is captured by the coil and released into the water. With this revolutionary concept, you can use your spa every day without worrying about costly bills!

Vita Spas Specialized AB-5 Pre-filter with Sparkle Clear cartridge
Vita Spas come equipped with a dual filtering system. One filter is dedicated to the powerful jet pump. A second, works in conjuction with our 24 Hour Circulation Pump and filters debris and particles. The Sparkle Clear is a natural mineral sanitizer with zinc and silver as active ingredients. Bacteria is oxidized through the introduction of ozone, generated by the VitaZone ozone injection system, and lingers in your spa, prolonging its effectiveness and giving you the softest skin imaginable.
